About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at TAG HR. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a standout client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and forward calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Manage lobby and meeting rooms
  • Perform various administrative and general office duties

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (required)
  • Confidence using various phone and computer systems
  • A high school diploma — post-secondary education is a bonus
