About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pizza Coming Soon. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest ingredients.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication and collaboration among all kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, excellent culinary skills, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management.
