Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Palermo Cucina. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
