Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving issues, identifying opportunities for product upselling, and facilitating effective communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly engage with customers to identify their needs for additional products, services, or training.
  • Proactively address potential issues and prepare for upcoming contract renewals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets.
  • Provide clear, helpful information and initial recommendations to support customer needs.
  • Inform customers about upcoming conferences, attend trade shows to gather leads and build relationships, and follow up to generate sales opportunities.
Role Duties:
  • Ensure successful renewal of customer software licenses.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with our solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer support inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Understand customer requirements and market trends to guide product development.
  • Prepare and present quotations for additional services or license renewals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and conduct on-site visits.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Technical proficiency related to software in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong interest in understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, engaging personality.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions and eager to learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and time management abilities.
