Welcome to Hyundai Canada - a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lead management programs to increase customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with the Genesis Canada Marketing Team to develop and execute CRM strategies, manage the CRM database, and provide actionable insights to enhance Guest loyalty and lead generation efforts.

You will also be responsible for managing Guest lifecycle communications, collaborating with marketing department, Genesis Finance and Genesis Distributors, and leading and managing CRM marketing campaigns end-to-end.

In addition, you will provide guidance, support and recommendations to Distributors for local marketing initiatives, lead all CRM efforts in support of national events, and leverage customer data insights and segmentation tools to identify target audience strategy and business rules.
