About the Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in advisory compliance in financial services or Big 6 in the FI Compliance/Risk Advisory practice
  • At least 3 years of experience in the payments sector and/or Fintech working with and partnering with Canadian regulators
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Extensive policy writing experience, particularly OSFI B-10 and E-13
  • Experience working with payments platforms, such as I2C

About the Day-to-Day

  • Lead, motivate, and develop 2-4 direct reports through ongoing performance development
  • Manage control design, perform risk assessments, and provide regulatory advisement for new lines of business
  • Monitor and manage testing activities to ensure the compliance of regulatory and operational processes of Peoples and its external partners

About the Compensation

Peoples Group offers a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $150,000 and $170,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
