About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Reception Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience, and promoting our hotel's facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, while ensuring all service standards are followed
  • Document guest requests, complaints, or issues immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolution
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations on hotel facilities and services
  • Respond promptly to each guest approaching the reception desk
  • Upsell room brands to drive revenue growth
  • Follow departmental and hotel policies, procedures, service, and safety standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and overnights
  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service an asset
  • Previous Property Management System (PMS) experience an asset
  • Proficiency in the English language (verbal & written), second language an asset
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Cohesive teamwork and guest-focused attitude
