Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Reception Agent to join our team at Fairmont Banff Springs. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and promoting our hotel's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide personalized support and assistance to guests, addressing their queries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Process room assignments, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certifications considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings
