Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at A Banff Boutique Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, process guest departures, and calculate charges.
- Administrative Tasks: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in word processing software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and central reservation systems.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
