Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and shipping all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt or within established service level time frames. Additionally, they will maintain and update the "Shipping Manager" database and MOVES daily with details about every shipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately pick and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt or within established service level time frames.
* Maintain and update "Shipping Manager" database and MOVES daily with details about every shipment (waybill numbers, number of parcels, date shipped, serialized ranges, and special instructions, etc.).
* Coordinate bulk distribution of orders as required.
* Receive stock, verify quantities received, and provide packing slips and copies of materials to the Client Relations and Operations Officer for receiving within 24 hours of receipt of product delivery.
* Inventory management and warehouse organization.
* Warehouse management.
* Safely operate a Reach Truck Forklift.

Requirements

* Valid Class 5 driver's license.
* Ability to consistently lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Experience safely operating materials handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets, shrink-wrapper, strapping machines, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to customer service.
* Experience using Microsoft Suites/Microsoft Great Plains.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and organize conflicting priorities with competing deadlines.
