Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping & Inventory Worker to join our client's team. This role involves managing the shipping and receiving of products, including high-security and serialized items, tracking order shipments, distributing departmental mail, organizing stock, conducting cyclic inventory counts, reconciling materials, and handling general warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and shipping all orders accurately according to established service level timelines.
  • Maintaining and updating the database daily with shipment details (waybill numbers, parcel counts, shipping dates, serialized ranges, special instructions, etc.).
  • Coordinating bulk distribution of orders as needed.
  • Receiving stock, verifying quantities, and providing packing slips and copies of materials.
  • Managing inventory and organizing the warehouse.
  • Overseeing warehouse operations.
  • Safely operating a Reach Truck Forklift.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Experience in safely operating materials handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink-wrappers, strapping machines, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Great Plains.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Reach Truck Forklift certification.
  • Knowledge of OHS standards and policies for working alone.
