Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Shipping Clerk to join our team at MANMIRAL CONSULTING. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Prepare accurate and complete shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Container Assembly and Inspection: Assemble and inspect containers and crates to ensure they are properly prepared for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that all goods are properly stored and secured.
  • Shortages and Damaged Goods: Identify and record shortages and damaged goods, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Unpacking and Shipping: Unpack goods received and ensure they are properly labeled and prepared for shipping.
  • Supervision: Supervise material handlers and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
