Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team at Scanway Catering Ltd. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a professional manner.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and move equipment as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

Our dining room is a formal setting with a fast-paced environment. You will be working in a team to provide exceptional service to our guests.
