Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Passage to India Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
