Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
