Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels par Marriott Montréal. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and room assignments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit, while maintaining accurate accounts for each guest.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and ensure timely check-in.
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift, balancing and dropping receipts according to Accounting specifications.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, completing safety training and certifications.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- License or certification not required.
