Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts, promoting hotel services and amenities to guests.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
