About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Coordinator to join our Corporate Accounting team at BURNCO LLC in Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Daily processing of sales documents, order reviews, and invoice preparation across multiple software systems
  • Verifying invoices by cross-checking information from various sources to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
  • Handling invoice disputes received from the Credit Department
  • Resolving billing issues promptly
  • Collaborating with team members to leverage expertise and ensure seamless execution of financial operations
  • Communicating effectively with cross-functional groups including Sales, Credit and Collections, Finance, and Supply Chain to facilitate smooth business operations
Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required; a Business Administration Diploma or Certificate is considered an asset
  • A minimum of three years of experience in billing and/or administrative accounting in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain sensitive information, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Compensation Package

Our competitive salary range for this role is $$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, and opportunities for growth and development.
