Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job cost details to support billing and AR subledgers
  • Responsible for generating, reviewing, approving, distributing, and tracking client billing
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to maintain collection goals and prepare invoices for clients
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial records
  • Perform quality control checks on invoices prepared by the project team
  • Distribute approved billing to customers through various channels
  • Receive third-party payments and process receipts for customers
  • Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply necessary corrections

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of ViewPoint Construction Software
  • Strong Excel data manipulation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
