At Rising Edge Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of client billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job cost details to support billing and AR subledgers
- Responsible for generating, reviewing, approving, distributing, and tracking client billing
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to maintain collection goals and prepare invoices for clients
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial records
- Perform quality control checks on invoices prepared by the project team
- Distribute approved billing to customers through various channels
- Receive third-party payments and process receipts for customers
- Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply necessary corrections
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of ViewPoint Construction Software
- Strong Excel data manipulation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
