Dining Services Director

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Services Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management of our dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a high-performing dining service team
- Develop and implement effective food service strategies to meet the needs of our residents
- Manage food inventory and supply budgets to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, and schedule team members to meet the needs of the community
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managing chef or cook role
- Sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a high-quality dining environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
