Dining Services Director

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the dining service team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Manage food inventory, supplies, and budget to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and menus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
- Sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
