Dining Services Director

We are seeking a skilled Dining Services Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining operations and ensuring a high-quality experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Lead the Dining Team: Provide guidance and support to the dining service team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
- Food Preparation and Inventory Management: Prepare and manage food inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sanitation standards.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Staff Management and Development: Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure a well-functioning team.
- Experience and Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a managing chef or cook, with sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and time management.
