Dining Services Director

As a Dining Services Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining operations in our community. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and supervise a team of dining service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the dining service team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to provide exceptional dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet the needs of our community.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managing chef or cook role.
- Sanitation certification and proficiency in nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Previous experience in managing and motivating dining service team members in a high-quality dining environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
