Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ALG AUTOMOTIVE LOUNGE GROUP INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
