We are seeking a highly skilled Clothing Designer to join our team at East End Tailoring Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our clothing lines, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of quality and style.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of designers and production staff to ensure timely and efficient production of clothing lines.
  • Develop and implement new designs and product lines that meet the needs of our target market.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our designs are aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that production costs are minimized while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clothing design and production, with a strong understanding of fashion trends and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of designers and production staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
