Job Title: Cabinet and Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet and Painting Supervisor to join our team at Mastercraft cabinet and painting LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cabinet and Painting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy.
  • Train and develop the skills of painters and decorators to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Recruit and select new team members to ensure that the team has the necessary skills and experience to meet the demands of the business.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The role will involve working in a variety of locations, including construction sites and offices.
