Job Title: Cabinet and Painting Supervisor

At Mastercraft cabinet and painting LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet and Painting Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in workmanship.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled painters and decorators, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with a focus on quality and safety.
Work Environment:
  • Varied work locations, including residential and commercial sites.
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • English language proficiency.
