Job Title: Cabinet and Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet and Painting Supervisor to join our team at Mastercraft cabinet and painting LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cabinet and Painting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and ensure that all projects are completed on time.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the work environment is safe and healthy.
  • Recruit, train and develop a team of painters and decorators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
