Job Title: Cabinet and Painting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet and Painting Supervisor to join our team at Mastercraft cabinet and painting LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cabinet and Painting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and on time. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the company's high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of painters and decorators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the painting and decorating industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team of painters and decorators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites and client locations. The role will involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
