We are seeking an experienced Office Support Assistant who will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information to clients and the public
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Send and receive messages
  • Label, file and retrieve documents
  • Perform light cleaning duties
  • Use MS Word, Database software and MS Excel

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Own transportation

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in a general office setting in an urban area. Free parking is available for employees.
