Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Unicorn janitorial Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to meet our quality and productivity standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
