Unicorn Janitorial Ltd is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain the facilities.
- Assist cleaning staff with their duties as needed.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
