Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Unicorn Janitorial Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet our high standards.
- Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our cleaning services, ensuring that our staff are adhering to our high standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
