Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen Hillsides. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine the most effective ways to manage our resources and maximize profitability.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Attract and hire talented individuals to join our team, and provide ongoing training and development to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Balance Cash and Complete Financial Reports: Manage our cash handling procedures, including balancing cash and completing financial reports, to ensure that our business is financially stable and secure.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of our team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
- Cost Products and Services: Analyze and manage our costs, including food, labour, and other expenses, to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage our inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the products and materials needed to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that our team members and customers are protected from harm.
- Negotiate with Clients: Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, including negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure that our business is successful and profitable.
- Participate in Marketing Plans: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, including promoting our brand and products to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
