Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our Upstream Chemical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful outcomes for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A self-starter who can take initiative and provide resolutions is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, and commercial and operational queries.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group.
- Prepare technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers.
- Prepare budgets and report on chemical performance and environmental compliance KPIs to our asset operators.
- Organize routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or technology diploma from an accredited university/college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of oil field and/or sales experience).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
- Self-starter who can take initiative and provide resolutions.
- Familiarity with MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to work outside during challenging seasonal weather conditions.
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
