Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover the Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northern US regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to manage opportunity pipelines, key accounts management, implement pricing and commercial terms, complete reporting requirements, and identify growth opportunities within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold-call current and potential customers and dealers, with frequent travel required for meetings and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a growing dealer network and customer delivery schedules, working closely with production personnel to resolve any scheduling or quality issues.
  • Document call reports and expense reports, submitting them to management and addressing customer service inquiries as needed.
  • Utilize S3's MRP system to generate sales orders, quotes, and search for inventory and product lead times, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, entering and following up on Customer Non-Conformances, and processing Return Material Authorizations and Credit memos in the MRP system.
  • Generate costing reports for sales margins, maintaining accurate records and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of office experience and 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively for work.
  • An agricultural background is preferred, but not required.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding top performers.
