Job Overview

As a Front Desk Associate at Easton's Group of Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking-in and checking-out guests in a timely and professional manner, processing all payments according to established procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Prepare for group check-in and out, and VIP arrivals.
  • Answer phones promptly and courteously.
  • Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
  • Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions per established procedures.
  • Issue, control, and release guest safe deposit boxes.
  • Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, and using a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems.
