Front Desk Hospitality Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Hospitality Representative to join our team at Easton's Group of Hotels. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Main Responsibilities:
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
- Prepare for group check-ins and out, as well as VIP arrivals, and become informed of events/functions in the hotel during your shift.
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, and up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions per established procedures.
- Issue, control, and release guest safe deposit boxes.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up.
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English; other languages are preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks such as standing behind the desk and front office area, remaining stationary for extended periods, lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, handling objects and computer equipment, and using a keyboard to operate various property management systems.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
