About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Consultant to join our team at Aon, specializing in Retirement Consulting for Canada Wealth Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects, delegating and coaching junior colleagues, and providing technical leadership on clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results
  • Delegate tasks and coach junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise
  • Provide technical leadership on clients and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Play a key role in client meetings and presentations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pension plan consulting or a related field
  • English written and spoken
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Working towards becoming a qualified actuary (FSA/FCIA)
