Job Title: Retirement and Benefits Actuarial Consultant

We're seeking a Retirement and Benefits Actuarial Consultant to join our Wealth Business team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering customized retirement consulting services to clients, with a focus on efficient implementation and complex solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting advice and services to small clients and manage projects for larger clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on some projects.
  • Liaise with other lines of business and geographies to coordinate service delivery.
  • Perform calculations and analysis on client projects, including analyzing the impact on retirement and health benefits plans.
  • Delegate, manage, and review analysis and client work by analysts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years pension-related work experience, preferably in a Consulting environment.
  • Successful client relationship experience.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
