Physiotherapist II, Primary Care Specialist

Northern Health Authority is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support the development of a person-centered model of care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote patient independence and well-being
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote person-centered care
Requirements
Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
Valid BC Driver's license where required
