Physiotherapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a Physiotherapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care for patients in a person and family-centered model of care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide competent, safe, and ethical care for patients in settings such as physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to achieve effective outcomes related to patient participation in valued activities
• Support patients and their families to achieve and maintain optimal health through clinical assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up
Requirements
• Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
• Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
• Valid BC Driver's license where required
