Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Excellent Painting. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Evaluate Procedures: Analyze existing administrative processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish Work Priorities: Determine the most critical tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Ensure Procedure Compliance: Verify that all staff members follow established procedures and meet deadlines.
  • Administer Policies: Oversee the implementation of policies related to record release and government access to information legislation.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Collaborate with management to prepare the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Assembly and Reporting: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail and MS Office.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.

Benefits: This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and the level of experience required, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between $45,000 and $55,000 CAD.
