About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd.
As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording fees, planning and directing daily operations, hiring and training staff, and supervising office staff.
You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating administrative services, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Collecting and recording administrative and service fees
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
- Hiring and training staff, including developing training programs and conducting performance evaluations
- Maintaining inventory, organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on qualifications and experience. The salary range is determined by the job requirements and market conditions.
