We are a dynamic organization looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, with expertise in implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to support staff, and establishing priorities. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, planning and controlling budgets, and overseeing a team of 3-4 people.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, such as data entry and document management.
  • Plan and control budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Organized, team player, attention to detail.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, public transportation available.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
