Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet the demands of our guests.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in all aspects of our food and beverage services.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with the information needed to make informed decisions.
As a Food Service Supervisor at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
