Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at High Level Denny's & Bar One. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
As a Food Service Supervisor at High Level Denny's & Bar One, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
