Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at D Dhillon. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Assist clients with medication management, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
