Job Title: Home Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at D Dhillon. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
