Supervisor of Food Services

At SAMAYRA FOODS INC., we are looking for a Supervisory role in our Food Services department. As a Supervisor of Food Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food preparation and presentation. Key responsibilities include: Task Execution
- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
- Direct and coordinate staff activities in food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff on job duties, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Estimate food and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Recruit and select qualified candidates for food service positions.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Address customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
We offer a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek and free parking. The primary language of work is English.
